LOULOUXE Skort
- Shorts with lined inseam panel and enclosed seams to avoid chafing.
- The short can be simply hemmed (A) or with a phone pocket and leg band (B) to keep it in place while running.
Print at home (A4 / US Letter): 23 pages
So easy to make. Instructions clear and produced a great little running skirt. My only complaint is the waistband is not deep enough so I ended up using another pattern as a substitute.
I am struggling and wish I would not bought this pattern. It is very hard to understand and instructions are not clear. I bought the print version s that was the only thing available at time of purchase. Comes with lines all over the place and hard to read and follow. I used other brand patterns before and very clear compared to this one.
The pattern is just too big to print on an A0. I now have to print A4 and cut and stick. Still have to make the item now before I can comment on the fit.
Je recommande ce patron à tout le monde. Je vais encore refaire ce patron tellement je l'aime.
There are a lot of pieces. Took the best part of 2 days to make but that does include time to print and stick together 22 pages of A4 which I used as a master. Then traced . Then cut the fabric.
The shorts are amazing. Perfect fit. I like the leg bands . Instead of conventional inseam there is a burrito style gusset . No exposed inseams should mean no inner thigh chaffing. The pockets are time consuming but worth persevering with.
Surprised the waistband is not understitched and next time I might try clear plastic elastic for less bulk. The fit on the skirt is disappointing. It rides up where it meets the waistband. Looking at other people’s creations I see this is common fit issue.
Multiple sizes makes it very hard to read. I missed off a notch completely. I use an iPad so can’t deselect the sizes I don’t need.
