Very happy all around with this project / pattern. It was easy to order and download. After being able to easily print just the size I needed , the “tile ‘n tape” process is clear and precise. I like that all four sides lineup, as some companies don’t do that. LOVE that Jalie patterns have such wonderfully detailed instructions, printed and illustrated. Plus the video sew-along tutorials teach you how to sew like a Pro. As for the sizing, it’s pretty spot on for me. The Big Pattern Companies tend to have unrealistic vanity sizing, which makes it very frustrating, especially if you are sewing for someone else, like grandkids or family. I can start a project with a Jalie. Pattern with confidence that it will fit when I finish.
The price of the pattern is a great value when you factor in the timeless appeal and that you can sew for yourself, a very young granddaughter, an older granddaughter, a sister, and a 3 yr. grandson ( but that was a regular T-shirt pattern #2805 and pajama #2686).
One last thought on the finished Manon Cowl Neck Tee. I especially liked that the neckline was higher than most, making it very comfortable as well as modest. You don’t have to keep fiddling with it. The knit I used was less stretchy than most, so I should have made a size bigger, but overall I like it.
