I love this pattern
I have made at least a dozen of these tops as sports bras. Then recently I decided I wanted to try making a modest two piece swimsuit and wondered if I could make this top work for that. And…the answer is yes! I lowered the CF neckline a smidge, used swim fabric, lined it with swimwear lining, and used swimwear elastic and it turned out better than I had hoped. Love this pattern. (I used a favorite undies pattern for the bottom)
I knew I wanted a bikini top with a flounce, and I really loved the strappy back on the Jalie crop top, so I decided to use it as a base and draft my own flounce for it. This was actually pretty easy to do (I've written about it on my blog), and I really love how it turned out. Since this was a swimsuit, I didn't use fold over elastic, and instead made my own binding with swim elastic and swim fabric.

I have made countless tops and shorts from this pattern. We use the Racer Back the most, but have also made several of the halter top and a few of the strappy back. They are all great and all have a fantastic fit! The shorts are the best. My daughter loves the yoga waist shorts. We have used several other patterns, but this short is the best fit and length for gymnasts anyway by far. Love love!
I love the fit on both the top and shorts. They're quick to sew and look professional in the end. I've used the pattern to make exercise wear, gymnastics wear and swim shorts (with an added lining).
