- Looks great
I made two of these for my husband so far. The first one I wasn't thrilled with but the second one is perfect. I had to make sure to pre-shrink my interfacing so it didn't distort the collar after washing. I do find the side slits, placket and banded sleeves a bit fussy. I would skip the slits and the banding on the sleeves to make it a bit quicker. I sewed the first button on right through (the placket is sewn closed at that button) and the other two are decorative with no corresponding button holes. It fits perfectly and is long enough for a 6' guy to wear easily.
- Awesome Men's pattern
Love how I am able to work through this pattern step by step and it looks awesome and fits my husband first time round. Love it! I'll be making lots of these shirts for my husband and dad.
