This dress really does make up super fast. Do keep in mind this is an older pattern the knickers are a higher cut leg line just chose your underwear accordingly. However can be worn with a normal bra. The neckline is flattering and covers bra straps .
The raglan sleeves are drafted properly there are single notch markings for front and double marks for back. Be sure to transfer these to your fabric for success.
The skirt is A line and has 2cm hem. I used mesh which I wanted left unfinished , removed the hem allowance but felt the skirt was still a little long for freestyle skating. Not a problem as my daughter likes her skirts on the longer side and the depth balanced with the bodice. Look out for front notches which line up with lower front notches on bodice. The back is not the same as the front. What really impressed me with this skirt is there is no roll up which can happen on straight cut skirts.
Totally in love with the dress I made and will definitely to making this style again.
