The Sam Fleece Jacket turns out awesome

I am not a highly skilled sewist. But with the help of the video, I made my husband an awesome fleece jacket. He barely takes it off. At first some of the steps (mainly pockets) seem confusing but a bit of perseverance certainly pays off . End result is very professional looking. Have several more on the list to make for others. From little Grandkids to other family members. Love that Jalie patterns cover all sizes, from children to adult

Just what I was looking for!

I was looking for something to use up my soft-shell remnants and found this pattern while searching on the Facebook group. Just perfect for my scraps with the pieced bodice.

I love the slim fit and it reminds me so much of an old north face jacket that I owned. The instructions were succinct and easy to follow. The result was per the cover. I omitted the front pocket and added a zipper guard and wind guard for my version. The "client" is very happy with her new jacket! Definitely a keeper!
