Fantastique!!

Love love love it!

This is a great pattern. Very quick to make and a great result. My first try was with a light weight cotton knit for my granddaughter. It came out ok, but did not have enough weight to hang well. Just made one for myself with a 40:20 knit (I know it says it is for wovens, but the knit worked really well). So pleased with the result. Found the bias binding a bit difficult because there ends up being a lot of seams and I had one right in the front. I undid the seam and cut myself a one-piece long strip (had just seen a tutorial the day before on how to make bindings for the ladies knit raglan shirt, luckily). For the kids ones, I just used 1/4 inch elastic as though I was making a leotard - fine for kids. Now if only summer would come to Quebec, I could wear it!
