Challenging, Worth it

The welt pockets turned out great, but they were a bit of a challenge for me. (I am not new to sewing.) There are many details that give a professional look. Take your time and follow the instructions; there is also a video tutorial that’s really helpful. I personally made a lot of mistakes, as I often do, but made the corrections and now I have a cozy Polartec fleece jacket/layer. My zipper didn’t line up correctly, but I learned how to fix it for next time. I already have another one planned in a French terry.
