Just binned the first one I made. Chose my normal size (I'm a UK size 14) but the empire line was half way up my bust, the sleeves were too tight, body too tight. Added 1.5" to bodice/modesty panel lengths, added 1/2 to each side front and back. There was a lot of extra fabric at the front sleeve/armscye because the front and back sleeve curves are the same, so I had to scoop out the front sleeve curve. Added an extra 1/4 seam allowance at lower edge of bodice/modesty panel. Added couple of inches at bottom hem. Did elbow length sleeves as I ran out of fabric. Ended binding 1/2" from bottom on underneath side to reduce bulk. So, I think I changed most of it.
So, although I had to do a lot of adjustments, I learned how to do a modesty panel, the pattern price was reasonable, the instructions were clear, so I'm still fairly happy.
The instruction diagrams are very good. Maybe they would be easier to follow if they were with the text instead of on a separate sheet, but that's a minor niggle.
