- Great directions and a fairly quick sew. When I first tried it on, I was skeptical that it would stay up for a run. But I was very pleasantly pleased when it stayed up for a ten mile run with no problems and no chafing! Love, love, LOVE the pockets - perfect for holding my phone, keys, and gels when I run. And the pattern fit well with no adjustments. Very pleased!
