Ces bas sont très confortables, j’en suis réellement surprise
Les coutures ne dérangent pas au bout du pied. Excellent patron. Merci Jalie.

Perfect for scraps!

This pattern was perfect for those pricey fabric scraps that are so hard to just toss. The sock was quick and easy to put together. I like that I can make myself a thicker pair of socks for winter or a thin pair for summer. I did make a slight adjustment to allow for more room in my calf area and at the top. I used stretch sweatshirt fleece and the socks are so comfortable. Yes, they look a bit funny after you stretch the seam after sewing, but once you wash them, they look normal. The video was a great compliment to the instructions and very informative! I see many more of these socks in the future!

If the sock fits.... make it!

When I heard about this pattern I was skeptical but the socks came together easily and the articulated heel is what made it work so well. I had a question about sizing for men's large foot sizes and the response was received quickly...zoom at 108%. This tip needs to be added to your instructions because it worked very well. My fishing and outdoor family now have socks which are warm, some have rain resistant socks as well. When making the socks with a stretch less than what is recommended ensure you size up. I can see many of these in my future. Thanks Jalie for great pattern and service.

Better than I dreamed

I am so pleased with these socks that I made using Power Stretch Wool, which has merino wool mixed in with the other fibres. I just love them. I was quite worried at first because the seams appeared wavy and I spent time steam ironing the first pairs that I made as gifts. However, with my second pair I did not have time. I just put them on and realized that the seams sorted themselves out by the end of the day. I did find that the sizes run large, so I went about 3 sizes down. I also made them 6 inches shorter (and took in side seams 1/4” from to to notch so they would not fall down). Great for Christmas gifts!
