All orders placed after 1PM ship on the next scheduled shipping date (e.g. if you order at 2PM on a Monday, your order will ship on the Friday.

To ensure timely delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly on your order form. Please carefully review all your information before submitting your order.

Here are delivery times estimates provided by Canada Post:

• Quebec: 2-3 business days
• Canada: 5-7 business days
• US & International : 8 to 12 business days
  (please note that it sometimes takes longer due to occasional delays at customs)

• Packages rarely get lost. 
• Occasionally packages will be delayed by the carrier due to routing errors, in-transit damage etc.    PLEASE UNDERSTAND DELAYS CAUSED BY CANADA POST, USPS, POST OFFICES, CUSTOMS AND OTHER CARRIERS.

SHIPPING RATES

Our web site displays shipping costs that are based on the number of patterns in your cart. All order are shipped from Quebec, Canada. We use Canada Post for all orders.

Ordering 12+ patterns

If you are placing an order for 12 patterns or more, you will see 0$ for shipping costs in the checkout. We will calculate the rate manually, with the exact weight of your order when we prepare it. The correct shipping cost will be indicated in your Order Shipment Confirmation.

Please note that we will contact you by phone or email should the shipping costs be more than 20$ before processing the payment.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available to Canadian customers only. Please contact us for rates. For Express Shipping outside Canada, please order from a local retailer

CURRENT PROMOTION

• With the purchase of 3 patterns, you get a fourth pattern of your choice for free.
• When you purchase 6, you get 2 free patterns, and so on :)
• The promotion applies to all order, domestic and international. The price of the fourth pattern will be 0$ in your cart.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?

It's quite simple really!

1. Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2. Click "Buy" to add it to your cart.
3. You may repeat step 2 by clicking the "Keep Shopping" button and adding more items to your cart for purchase or continue.
4. Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.

Please note that some emails, like Hotmail, AOL, Verizon, mark our emails as spam. Check your spam folder to see if your order confirmation email is there.

PAYMENT

• For immediate shipment, payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) is required.
• If you would rather pay by cheque or money order (in Canadian or US dollars), simply select the "cheque" or "money order" option from the drop-down list and mail your payment to: Jalie Patterns, 2478 rue Martel, St-Romuald QC G6W6L2. Your order will be held until your cheque has been received and cleared.
• If you want to use Paypal, simply click the Paypal button (yellow button) on the screen where you see your cart content (after adding a product or clicking on "your cart").
• We do not ship C.O.D.
• If your credit card is declined, we will contact you for settlement of payment. If there is still a problem after 2 weeks, we will cancel your order.

Currency

• All orders are billed in Canadian dollars. Your purchase price will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company.
• You can view prices converted in your local currency on catalog pages by selecting your currency from the drop-down currency selectors. Exchange rates are updated every 8 hours to give you the best estimate possible.

Sales Taxes

The taxes charged depend on where we ship your items .

• If we are shipping to Quebec, QST and GST will be charged.
• If we are shipping to other Canadian Provinces and Territories there is only 7% GST Charged.
• If you are ordering from Outside Canada no Canadian taxes will apply to your order

ORDERING ALTERNATIVES

• Ordering online is the best way to order from Jalie 24/7. All your information is encrypted and your credit card number is not kept on file after your order is fulfilled.
• If for any reasons you do not want to use your credit card online, here are some alternatives:
1. PAY WITH PAYPAL
2. SELECT "CHEQUE" AS YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT and write in the comments section that you want us to call you for the payment information. We will call the number entered in the order form within 2 business days.
3. FAX - the filled out checkout form (including your credit card info) to 418-839-9599

Please note that we do not take orders over the phone to insure efficiency.

PRIVACY POLICY

The information we get from you is only used to process your order. We will not send newsletters or flyers unless you explicitely ask for it. We do not, never have and never will, share this information with anyone else or any group or organization.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not accept any returns due to copyright laws. Any order returned will not be refunded.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will replace the item at our own cost. Please contact us if it happens.

Customers who arbitrarily initiate a credit card chargeback against Jalie will receive a chargeback fee in the amount of $10. This fee is to cover costs of the customer's chargeback actions (charged by our bank). It will be invoiced to the customer who will have 30 days to pay the charge back fee by Paypal, cheque or using a different credit card.
