I definitely had a few challenges with the printed pattern. I’m very comfortable with pdf burg this presented some challenges with the instructions. However the look great.
I love this pattern and was having a great time sewing it until I hit the pocket instructions. There was an error with the instructions which has now been corrected. After figuring that bit out it was all sweet sewing fun again. Check out the downloadable instructions for the revised pocket instructions. The fit is very cool and my son adores them. A fantastic pattern!
I am on my 5th pair (at least) of these shorts and can't complain too much, except for the pocket instructions. They make absolutely no sense. Please expand the illustration and clarify the layering process. I left the pockets out for my kids but my husband really wants the pocket so I am trying to sort it out but it has me baffled.
I made these for myself from flowered nylon fabric. They turned out great. Will make again soon.
I've made 5 pair of these now for my 18 and 21 year old sons. They love them, and the modification I made was side patch pockets for their 'tech' gear. I love all the ready to wear details!
